SQUID MASALA FRY!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE "SQUID MASALA FRY"!!! STEP1 TO MAKE MASALA PASTE  INGREDIENTS  Dry Red Chilli - 3 nos Coriander Seeds - 1/2 tsp  Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns - 1/2 tsp Garlic - 3 Cloves  Ginger - 1/4 inch Lemon juice - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Onion - 1 no Water - 2 tbsp  Salt required  PREPARATION 1. Heat the pan, add three dry red chilli, half tsp coriander seeds, half tsp cumin seeds, half tsp black peppercorns. 2. Roast the ingredients well until it gets nice aromatic smell. 3. Cool the roasted ingredients for five minutes. 4. Add the roasted ingredients to the mixer and then add ginger, garlic, lemon juice. 5. Add one chopped onion, two tbsp of water and salt required, grind all the ingredients and make fine masala paste. TODAY'S RECEIPE "HOMEMADE BUTTER NAAN"!!! INGREDIENTS Maida - 2 cups Salt - 1tsp Baking powder - 3/4 tsp Baking soda - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 1tsp Milk - 1/2 cup Curd - 1/2 cup Oil - 1 tbsp Butter - 1 cube Coriander leaves  PREPARATION  1. Take a bowl, add two cups of maida, one tsp of salt,  half tsp of baking soda, three fouth of baking powder. 2. Add sugar to the half cup milk and mix it well so that sugar dissolves quickly. 3. Add the sweet milk to the bowl, half cup curd, and one tbsp of oil mix it well to make a soft dough. 4. Close the dough with small cotton cloth and rest for two hours. 5. After two hours, you can see the dough becomes more soft. 6. Now press and punch the dough to make it even softer. 7. pinch a ball sized dough and gently roll to oval shape using rolling pin. 8. TODAY'S RECEIPE "MUTTON SUKHA"!!! STEP 1 INGREDIENTS  Mutton - 1.5 kg Cinnamon - 2 sticks Cardamom - 4 Cloves - 4 Pepper corns - 5-7 pcs Bay leaf - 2 Salt - 1.5 tsp  Yogurt - 1/2 Cup Ginger - 1tbsp Garlic - 1tsp Red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala - 1 tsp Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp PREPARATION  1. Take a bowl of mutton, add two sticks of cinnamon, four  cardamom, four cloves, five to seven piece of pepper corns and two bay leaf. 2. Add one and half tsp of salt, fresh Yogurt half cups, one tbsp of ginger, one tsp of garlic. 3. Add one and half tbsp red chilli powder, half tsp of turmeric powder, one and half tsp of coriander powder, one tsp of cumin powder, one tsp of garam masala. 4. Add two tbsp of mustard oil and gently mix it well nicely, then marinate for thirty minutes. TODAY'S RECEIPE "CHICKEN GHEE ROAST"!!! STEP 1 INGREDIENTS  Tamarind - 1/2 Lemon sized ball Warm water - 1/2 Cup PREPARATION Take a Tamarind half lemon sized ball into the bowl, add half Cup warm water, soak and extract tamarind juice. STEP 2 TO MAKE GROUND MASALA PASTE INGREDIENTS  Fried Red chilli - 4 nos kashmiri Chilli - 8 nos Coriander seeds -1.5 tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Pepper corns - 1 tsp Fennel seeds - 1 tsp Ginger - 1inch Garlic - 4 Cloves  Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Tamarind juice - 1 tbsp Water -1/2 cup PREPARATION 1. Heat the pan, add four fried red chilies, eight kashmiri Chilies, one and half tsp of coriander seeds, one tsp of Cumin seeds, one tsp of fennel seeds, one tsp of black pepper corns. 2. TODAY'S RECEIPE "EGG KHEEMA MASALA"!!! STEP 1 INGREDIENTS Egg - 5 nos Water required  PREPARATION 1. Heat the pan of water, drop the eggs to it and cook the eggs in boiling water for nine minutes. 2. After the eggs are cooked, cool the eggs and peel the shell, grate the eggs. STEP 2 INGREDIENTS Oil - 1 tbsp  Onion - 2 nos Ginger Garlic Paste - 2tsp Tomato - 2 nos Red chilli powder - 1tsp Garam masala - 1tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Salt as per taste  Grated eggs Water - 1.5 Cups Black pepper  Coriander leaves  PREPARATION 1. Heat the pan, add one tbsp of oil, finely chopped onions, two tsp of ginger garlic paste and saute it well. 2. Add finely chopped tomato, cook it well.  3. TODAY'S RECEIPE "ONION BONDA"!!! INGREDIENTS  Onions - 4 nos Green chilli - 1 Curry leaves  Coriander leaves  Salt - 1.5 tsp Chilli powder - 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Gram Flour - 1 Cup  Rice Flour - 3/4 Cup Hot Oil - 2 tbsp Baking soda - 1/4 tsp Oil for deep frying  PREPARATION 1. Add Sliced medium Onions in the bowl, green chilli, Curry leaves and Coriander leaves. 2. Add one and half tsp of salt, one tbsp of Chilli powder, one tbsp of ginger garlic paste and mix all the ingredients well.  3. After mixing the ingredients, add one cup of gram flour and three fourth-off rice flour mix it well. 4. After mixing the flour nicely, add two tbsp of hot oil and gently mix it with spoon then gradually pour water and mix well.  5. TODAY'S RECEIPE "PANNER GHEE ROAST"!!! STEP 1 INGREDIENTS  Panner - 400 gms Tamarind - 1/2 Lemon sized ball Warm water -1/2 Cup PREPARATION 1. Take a soft Panner, Cut into a small cube pieces. 2. Take a Tamarind half lemon sized ball into the bowl, add half Cup warm water, soak and extract tamarind juice. TODAY'S RECEIPE "KARIDOSAI"!!! INGREDIENTS: Oil - 1tbsp Onion - 2 nos Green Chilies - 2 nos A few Curry leaves  Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp  Tomato - 2 nos Rock Salt - 1 tsp Red Chilli powder - 1tbsp Coriander powder - 1tbsp  Cumin powder - 1tbsp  Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Pepper required  Minced meat - 500 gms Garam masala powder - 1/2 tbsp Coriander leaves  Egg - 2  PREPARATION: 1. TODAY'S RECEIPE "ANGOORI JAMUN"!!! STEP 1: TO MAKE SYRUP  INGREDIENTS: Water - 2 Cups Sugar - 1.5 Cups  Cardamom pod - 3 nos PREPARATION: 1. Heat the pan, add two cups of water, one and half cups of sugar and three cinnamon pods, then wait for five minutes.  2. Sugar dissolves and syrup is ready, keep the syrup aside. STEP 2: TO MAKE JAMUN  INGREDIENTS: Unsweetened khoya - 200 gms Maida - 3tbsp Baking soda - 1/4 tsp Saffron  Milk - 2 tbsp Oil for deep frying  PREPARATION: 1. Step 1: Ingredients for masala powder: Cinnamon small piece Cloves - 5 nos Bay leaf - 1 nos Star anise - 1 nos Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp Pepper - 1/2 spoon Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Cashew - 10 nos Cardamon - 2 nos Poppy seeds - 1/4 tsp Preparation: Grind the above ingredients and make it as powder now Biryani masala is done. TODAY'S RECEIPE "PRAWN TAWA MASALA"!!! Step1: To make Masala Paste: Ingredients: Garlic - 5 cloves  Ginger  Shallots - 5 nos Green chilli - 1 no Salt - o Kashmiri red chilli - 1tbsp Cumin powder - 1tsp Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Oil - t Water  Preparation: 1. To the mixer jar add five cloves of garlic, large piece of ginger, five shallots, one large green chilli, one tsp of salt, one tbsp of Kashmiri chilli powder, one tsp of cumin powder, half tsp of pepper powder, one tsp of oil.  2. TODAY'S SWEET RECEIPE CARROT HALWA!!!  Ingredients: Ghee - 1tsp Grated Carrot - 4cups Milk - 1 1/2 cups Sugar 3/4 cups Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp Saffron Ghee 3 tsp Pistachio  Cashew nuts  Sliced Almonds  Preparation: ​1. Heat the pan, add one tsp of ghee, 4 cups of grated Carrot. 2.   keep the flame medium and Cook the Carrot for ten minutes. 3. Saute it constantly so that carrot will not stick to it. 4. Carrot is half cooked, add one and half cups of boiled milk. And cook until the milk is evaprated. 5. After milk is evaporated completely now add three-fourth cup of sugar. Note: Add sugar according to your requirement. 6. Mix it well, sugar will melt and nicely coat with the carrot and colour will change to darker. 7. TODAY'S RECEIPE "GOPI MANCHURIAN"!!! Step1: Ingredients: Medium size Cauliflower - 1 Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Note: cutting the Cauliflower into smaller florets as needed for the receipe. Preparation: 1. Place the pan in high flame,  pour one cup water and boil it. 2. Add quarter tbsp of turmeric powder, quarter tbsp of salt and off the flame. 3.  Now add small florets of Cauliflower, leave it for five minutes so that Cauliflower will be clean completely. 4. Ingredients: Oil - 3 tsp Chicken - 500 gms Garlic - 4 cloves Ginger - 25 gms Tomato - 3 nos Salt as per taste Cumin powder - 1tsp Coriander powder - 1tsp Chilli powder - 1tsp Garam masala - 1tsp Black pepper - 1/2tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp Green chilies - 7 Butter - 10 gms Ingredients for garnish: Ginger - 15 gms Coriander leaves handful Green chilies - 3 nos Preparation: 1. Today's receipe Stuffed Bitter Gourd!!! Step 1: Ingredients: Bitter gourd - 1/2 kg Salt Preparation: 1. Take a medium size bitter gourd cut the top and bottom of it, make a slit on the center and remove the seeds. 2. Rub the Bitter gourd with some salt, if you like to peel the skin it's optional. 3. Rub the salt nicely outer and inner it, so that it will reduce the bitterness to some extent, let it for twenty minutes. Step 2: To make Ground Masala powder Ingredients: Coriander seeds - 1tbsp Cumin seeds - 1tbsp Funnel seeds - 1tbsp Kalonji seeds - 1/2 tbsp Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tbsp Amchur powder - 1tbsp Chilli powder - 2 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp Asafoetida powder - 1/2 tbsp Preparation: 1. Today's receipe is Chilli Garlic Noodles     Step 1: Ingredients: Hakka Noodles - 300gms Salt required Preparation: Cook the Hakka Noodles: 1. Turn on the flame, place the pot and pour enough water. 2. Once the water is boiled, add little salt and gently drop the Hakka Noodles. 3.
