SQUID MASALA FRY!!!
TODAY'S RECEIPE "SQUID MASALA FRY"!!!             STEP1 TO MAKE MASALA PASTE  INGREDIENTS  Dry Red Chilli - 3 nos Coriander Seeds - 1/2 tsp  Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns - 1/2 tsp Garlic - 3 Cloves  Ginger - 1/4 inch Lemon juice - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Onion - 1 no Water - 2 tbsp  Salt required  PREPARATION 1. Heat the pan, add three dry red chilli, half tsp coriander seeds, half tsp cumin seeds, half tsp black peppercorns. 2. Roast the ingredients well until it gets nice aromatic smell. 3. Cool the roasted ingredients for five minutes. 4. Add the roasted ingredients to the mixer and then add ginger, garlic, lemon juice. 5. Add one chopped onion, two tbsp of water and salt required, grind all the ingredients and make fine masala paste.
