MUTTON SUKHA!!!
TODAY'S RECEIPE "MUTTON SUKHA"!!!
STEP 1
INGREDIENTS
Mutton - 1.5 kg
Cinnamon - 2 sticks
Cardamom - 4
Cloves - 4
Pepper corns - 5-7 pcs
Bay leaf - 2
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Yogurt - 1/2 Cup
Ginger - 1tbsp
Garlic - 1tsp
Red chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
PREPARATION
1. Take a bowl of mutton, add two sticks of cinnamon, four cardamom, four cloves, five to seven piece of pepper corns and two bay leaf.
2. Add one and half tsp of salt, fresh Yogurt half cups, one tbsp of ginger, one tsp of garlic.
3. Add one and half tbsp red chilli powder, half tsp of turmeric powder, one and half tsp of coriander powder, one tsp of cumin powder, one tsp of garam masala.
4. Add two tbsp of mustard oil and gently mix it well nicely, then marinate for thirty minutes.
STEP 2
INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tbsp
Fried Red Chilli - 3 nos
Onion - 2 nos
Marinated Mutton
Hot water - 1 bowl
PREPARATION
1. Heat the pan, add two tbsp of oil, fried red chilli and two sliced onions saute well until it gets golden brown.
2. Add the marinated mutton and saute it for fifteen minutes in low medium flame.
3. Add a bowl of hot water to the pan and cook it for twenty five minutes in low medium flame.
4. Stir occasionally to see mutton is cooked or not.
5. Close the pan and Cook the mutton for another fifteen minutes so that mutton gravy will evaporate and become dry.
Now the Mutton Sukha is ready to serve!!!
