YUMMY SIDEDISH!!!
TODAY'S RECEIPE "GOPI MANCHURIAN"!!!
Step1:
Ingredients:Medium size Cauliflower - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Note: cutting the Cauliflower into smaller florets as needed for the receipe.
Preparation:
1. Place the pan in high flame, pour one cup water and boil it.
2. Add quarter tbsp of turmeric powder, quarter tbsp of salt and off the flame.
3. Now add small florets of Cauliflower, leave it for five minutes so that Cauliflower will be clean completely.
4. Drain the Cauliflower in the strainer, keep it aside to dry it.
Step2:
Ingredients:
Maida - 4tsp
Cornflour - 3tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2tsp
Salt required
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/4tsp
Oil for deep frying
Preparation:
1. Take a small pan, add four tsp of Maida flour, three tsp of cornflour, half tsp of red chilli powder.
2. Add salt as required, quarter tbsp of Ginger garlic paste and mix it well with some water, to make a mixture.
3. Now add the drained Cauliflower to the mixture and mix it well, marinate for ten minutes.
4. Heat the oil in the pan, drop the cauliflower one by one for deep frying, role it constantly so that it will cook evenly.
5. Now Cauliflower is ready.
Step3:
To make Manchurian
Ingredients:
Oil - 2tsp
Garlic - 3nos
Ginger small piece
Green chilli - 1
Onion - 1
Capsicum half
Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
Green chilli sauce - 1tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1tsp
Soy sauce - 1tsp
Cornflour -1.5tsp
Preparation:
1. Place the pan in medium flame, pour two tbsp of oil, add finely chopped garlic and ginger, saute it well.
2. Add one finely chopped green chilli, onion, and nicely chopped half capsicum then saute for two minutes.
3. Keep the flame low, add two tbsp of tomato ketchup, one tbsp of green chilli sauce, one tbsp of red chilli sauce and one tbsp of soy sauce, mix it well.
4. Add one and half tsp of cornflour in a small cup, add water to it and mix it well, this mixture will create a medium thick sauce, add this sauce to the pan.
5. Add salt if it required because all the sauce will have salt content in it.
6. Mix the Manchurian well and add the deep fried cauliflower in it and mix it well for two minutes, so the every piece will coat with masala.
Now Yummy Gopi Manchurian is ready to serve.
