HOMEMADE BUTTER NAAN!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE "HOMEMADE BUTTER NAAN"!!!


INGREDIENTS

Maida - 2 cups
Salt - 1tsp
Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 cube
Coriander leaves 

PREPARATION 

1. Take a bowl, add two cups of maida, one tsp of salt,  half tsp of baking soda, three fouth of baking powder.

2. Add sugar to the half cup milk and mix it well so that sugar dissolves quickly.

3. Add the sweet milk to the bowl, half cup curd, and one tbsp of oil mix it well to make a soft dough.

4. Close the dough with small cotton cloth and rest for two hours.

5. After two hours, you can see the dough becomes more soft.

6. Now press and punch the dough to make it even softer.

7. pinch a ball sized dough and gently roll to oval shape using rolling pin.

8. Add white sesame on top, for taste and again roll the naan so that sesame will stick to it.

9. Turn the other side of the naan and apply water over naan.

10. Heat the tawa and put the naan and slightly press it.

11. After a minute, flip the tawa upside down and cook the naan directly on flame till It becomes golden brown.

12. Brush the butter on both side of the naan and garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.

Now Homemade Butter Naan is ready to serve!!!
