SPICY KARIDOSA!!!
TODAY'S RECEIPE "KARIDOSAI"!!!
INGREDIENTS:
Oil - 1tbsp
Onion - 2 nos
Green Chilies - 2 nos
A few Curry leaves
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Tomato - 2 nos
Rock Salt - 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1tbsp
Coriander powder - 1tbsp
Cumin powder - 1tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper required
Minced meat - 500 gms
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Egg - 2
PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in the pan, add finely chopped onions, green chilies and add few curry leaves and saute the onions until it gets golden brown.
2. Add one tsp of ginger garlic paste saute well until the raw smell goes then add nicely chopped tomato saute well until it cooked.
3. Add one tsp of rock salt, one tbsp of red chilli powder, one tbsp of coriander powder, one tbsp of cumin powder, quarter tsp of turmeric powder and add some freshly pepper mix it well.
4. Add boneless minced meat and mix the meat with masala after five minutes add little water, now close the pan and cook the meat for twenty minutes.
5. Now meat is nicely cooked, add half tbsp of garam masala powder, nicely chopped coriander leaves then mix it well, mutton keema masala is ready.
6. Heat it until hot enough, pour a ladleful of dosa batter on the center of the tawa, spread it evenly in a circular shape, pour little oil in the sides of a dosa and keep the flame low.
7. Crack open the egg, beat the egg gently, pour the egg in top of the dosa.
8. Add the mutton Keema masala in the center of the dosa, spread the masala evenly through the dosa, add some chopped coriander leaves.
9. Gently press the dosa and then flip the dosa and cook for one minute.
Now Spicy Karidosa is ready to serve.!!!
