CHICKEN GHEE ROAST!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE "CHICKEN GHEE ROAST"!!!

STEP 1

INGREDIENTS 

Tamarind - 1/2 Lemon sized ball
Warm water - 1/2 Cup

PREPARATION

Take a Tamarind half lemon sized ball into the bowl, add half Cup warm water, soak and extract tamarind juice.

STEP 2

TO MAKE GROUND MASALA PASTE

INGREDIENTS 

Fried Red chilli - 4 nos
kashmiri Chilli - 8 nos
Coriander seeds -1.5 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Pepper corns - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1inch
Garlic - 4 Cloves 
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Tamarind juice - 1 tbsp
Water -1/2 cup

PREPARATION

1. Heat the pan, add four fried red chilies, eight kashmiri Chilies, one and half tsp of coriander seeds, one tsp of Cumin seeds, one tsp of fennel seeds, one tsp of black pepper corns.

2. Roast the ingredients well until it gets nice aromatic smell.

3. Cool the roasted ingredients for five minutes.

4. Add the roasted ingredients to the mixer and then add ginger, garlic, lemon juice, tamarind juice, and half cup water, grind all the ingredients and make fine masala paste.

STEP 3

INGREDIENTS 

Chicken - 500 gms
Ground masala paste 
Curd - 1/2 Cup

PREPARATION 

Take a bowl of Chicken, add ground masala paste, half cup curd and mix it well then marinate for one hour.

STEP 4

INGREDIENTS

Ghee - 1/4 Cup
Onion - 1 
Marinate Chicken
Salt required 
Jaggery - 2 tsp

PREPARATION

1. Heat the pan, pour quarter cup of ghee, onion and saute until it becomes golden brown.

2. Add the marinate chicken to it and add salt as per required then cook it for fifteen minutes.

3. After Chicken is cooked, Add two tsp of jaggery and mix it nicely.

4. Add some curry leaves for garnish.

Now the tasty Chicken Ghee Roast is ready to serve!!!
