PANNER GHEE ROAST!!!
TODAY'S RECEIPE "PANNER GHEE ROAST"!!!
STEP 1
INGREDIENTS
Panner - 400 gms
Tamarind - 1/2 Lemon sized ball
Warm water -1/2 Cup
PREPARATION
1. Take a soft Panner, Cut into a small cube pieces.
2. Take a Tamarind half lemon sized ball into the bowl, add half Cup warm water, soak and extract tamarind juice.
STEP 2
TO MAKE GROUND MASALA PASTE
INGREDIENTS
Coriander seeds -1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 2tsp
Black pepper corns - 2tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fried Red chilli - 3 nos
kashmiri Chilli - 6 nos
Ginger - 1inch
Garlic - 6 Cloves
Water -1/2 cup
PREPARATION
1. Heat the pan, add one tbsp of coriander seeds, one tbsp of Cumin seeds, two tsp of fennel seeds, two tsp of black pepper corns, half tsp of fenugreek seeds, fried red chilli and kashmiri Chilli.
2. Roast the ingredients well until it gets nice aromatic smell.
3. Cool the roasted ingredients for five minutes.
4. Add the roasted ingredients to the mixer and then add ginger, garlic, tamarind juice, and half cup water, grind all the ingredients and make fine masala paste.
STEP 3
INGREDIENTS
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 nos
Ground masala paste
Curd - 1/2 Cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
PREPARATION
1. Heat the pan, pour half cup of ghee, add panner cubes one by one and shallow fry until it becomes golden brown.
2. After shallow fried the panner, in the same pan, add finely chopped onion into the remaining ghee and saute well.
3. Add the ground masala paste, saute for a minute, add half Cup of Curd and mix it well.
4. Add half tsp of salt and cook until the raw smell goes.
STEP 4
INGREDIENTS
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Jaggery - 1tsp
Panner Shallow Fried
PREPARATION
1. After raw smell goes, add two tbsp of Ghee and mix it well.
2. Add one tsp of jaggery and mix well then cook it for three minutes.
3. Add the shallow fried panner to the masala and mix it well, so that the masala will evenly coated.
4. Cook it for two minutes then add some freshly Curry leaves for garnish.
Now the Panner Ghee Roast is ready to serve!!!
