SPICY NOODLES!!!
Today's receipe is Chilli Garlic Noodles
Step 1:
Ingredients:
Hakka Noodles -
300gms
Salt required
Preparation:
Cook the Hakka
Noodles:
1. Turn on the
flame, place the pot and pour enough water.
2. Once the water
is boiled, add little salt and gently drop the Hakka Noodles.
3. Once the Hakka
Noodles is cooked ninety percent then
turn off the flame.
4. Strain the
Hakka Noodles, drizzle some oil on it, so that it will not stick.
Step 2:
Ingredients:
Sesame oil - 2
tbsp
Garlic finely
chopped
Onion - 1nos
Green Chilli -
1nos
Carrot - 1nos
Cabbage - 1bowl
Yellow Bell Pepper
half
Red Bell Pepper
half
Green Capsicum
half
Spring Onion White
Vinegar - 2tbsp
Soy Sauce - 2tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce -
1tbsp
Green Chilli Sauce
- 1tbsp
Pepper - 1tbsp
Preparation:
1. Turn on the
flame, place the pan and drop two tbsp of sesame oil.
2. Add thinly
chopped garlic, one large thinly sliced onion and one finely chopped green
chilli, saute the onions until it's becomes transparent.
3. Once the onions
become transparent then add the vegetables one by one.
4. Add one medium
size carrot, one bowl of shred cabbage, half yellow bell pepper, half red bell
pepper and half green capsicum saute for a minute
5. Add chopped
spring onion white, two tbsp of vinegar, two tbsp of soy sauce.
6. one tbsp of red
chilli sauce, one tbsp of green chilli sauce and one tbsp of pepper.
Note: Salt is not necessary because the sauce already have salt in it.
7. Now add Hakka
Noodles and mix it with two ladle, so that noodles will not break.
8. Stir fry the
Noodles on low flame for ten minutes make sure that noodles are nicely coated
with veggies.
Note: Check
for Seasoning (if salt is required you can add it)
Add spring onion
green for garnish, now Chilli Garlic Noodles is ready to serve.
