SPICY SIDEDISH!!!

Today's receipe is Spicy Chicken Kari!!!


Ingredients:

Oil - 3 tsp
Chicken - 500 gms
Garlic - 4 cloves
Ginger - 25 gms
Tomato - 3 nos
Salt as per taste
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Garam masala - 1tsp
Black pepper - 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Green chilies - 7
Butter - 10 gms

Ingredients for garnish:

Ginger - 15 gms
Coriander leaves handful
Green chilies - 3 nos

Preparation:

1. Heat the pan on medium flame, pour three tbsp of oil, add the chicken to the pan and fry it until it becomes golden brown.

2. Peel and mince the ginger and garlic nicely and add to the chicken.

3. Add salt half tsp, if required add it later as per the taste.

4. Add three tomatoes without slicing, pour some water and keep the flame low and cook it for ten to fifteen minutes.

5. Now tomatoes will be soft, peel the skin of  it, mash the tomatoes nicely, cook it until flavor absorb the chicken.

6. Now add the dry spices, one tbsp cumin powder, one tbsp coriander powder, one tbsp chilli powder, one tbsp garam masala.

7. Add half tbsp Pepper powder and half tbsp of turmeric powder, continuously stir it,  add water if it gets too dry.

8. Add seven sliced green chilies and add butter to it, leave it for two minutes.

Chicken is ready before that we have to garnish it.

Cut the ginger into a thin strips, nicely chopped handful of coriander leaves, three sliced green chilies, toss all the ingredient and mix it well.

Now Spicy chicken Kari is ready to serve.
