DELICIOUS DESSERTS!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE "ANGOORI JAMUN"!!!

STEP 1:

TO MAKE SYRUP 

INGREDIENTS:
Water - 2 Cups
Sugar - 1.5 Cups 
Cardamom pod - 3 nos

PREPARATION:
1. Heat the pan, add two cups of water, one and half cups of sugar and three cinnamon pods, then wait for five minutes. 

2. Sugar dissolves and syrup is ready, keep the syrup aside.

STEP 2:

TO MAKE JAMUN 

INGREDIENTS:
Unsweetened khoya - 200 gms
Maida - 3tbsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Saffron 
Milk - 2 tbsp
Oil for deep frying 

PREPARATION:
1. Take unsweetened khoya, add three tbsp of maida, quarter tsp of baking soda, a few saffron, two tbsp of milk combine it well and make it as dough.

2. Take the dough make a small ball and role the ball without any cracks.

3. Heat the oil with the pan, keep the flame low, gently drop all the balls and role it constantly until it gets evenly cooked.

4. Deep frying the jamun until it gets golden brown colour, drain the  jamun and drop all the fried jamun into the syrup.

5. Make sure that jamun should soak for at least one hour in the syrup.

STEP 3:

TO MAKE RABRI 

INGREDIENTS:
Full-Fat Milk - 1 Ltr
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
Saffron 
PREPARATION:
1. Pour one litre milk to the pan reduces the milk into half, stir it constantly so that it will not stick to the pan.

2. When the milk is reduced into half, add quarter cup of sugar, quarter tsp of cinnamon powder, a pinch of saffron mix it well for five minutes, Rabri becomes thick and ready.

 Pour some Rabri into the cup, add some jamun on top and garnish with some chopped nuts on top. 

Now Delicious Angoori Jamun is ready to serve.!!!
