TASTY DESSERTS!!!

TODAY'S SWEET RECEIPE CARROT HALWA!!! 


Ingredients:


Ghee - 1tsp
Grated Carrot - 4cups
Milk - 1 1/2 cups
Sugar 3/4 cups
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Saffron
Ghee 3 tsp
Pistachio 
Cashew nuts 
Sliced Almonds 

Preparation:

​1. Heat the pan, add one tsp of ghee, 4 cups of grated Carrot.

2.   keep the flame medium and Cook the Carrot for ten minutes.

3. Saute it constantly so that carrot will not stick to it.

4. Carrot is half cooked, add one and half cups of boiled milk. And cook until the milk is evaprated.

5. After milk is evaporated completely now add three-fourth cup of sugar.

Note: Add sugar according to your requirement.

6. Mix it well, sugar will melt and nicely coat with the carrot and colour will change to darker.

7. Keep the flame high,  Stir it constantly until the sugar moisture is evaporated.

​8. After sugar moisture is evaporated, add half tbsp of cardamom powder and a few strands of saffron then quickly mix it.

9. Keep the flame low, add three tbsp of ghee, chopped nuts for garnish, some pistachio, cashews and almonds.

Now Tasty Carrot Halwa is ready to serve!!!
