EGG KHEEMA MASALA!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE "EGG KHEEMA MASALA"!!!

STEP 1

INGREDIENTS

Egg - 5 nos
Water required 

PREPARATION

1. Heat the pan of water, drop the eggs to it and cook the eggs in boiling water for nine minutes.

2. After the eggs are cooked, cool the eggs and peel the shell, grate the eggs.

STEP 2

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 1 tbsp 
Onion - 2 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2tsp
Tomato - 2 nos
Red chilli powder - 1tsp
Garam masala - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste 
Grated eggs
Water - 1.5 Cups
Black pepper 
Coriander leaves 

PREPARATION

1. Heat the pan, add one tbsp of oil, finely chopped onions, two tsp of ginger garlic paste and saute it well.

2. Add finely chopped tomato, cook it well. 

3. Add one tsp of red chilli powder, one tsp garam masala, half tsp of turmeric powder and cook the spices for three minutes.

4. Add some salt as per required mix the masala nicely.

5. Add the grated eggs and mix it with masala so that masala will evenly coated.

6. Add one and half cups of water then mix nicely and cook for two minutes.

7. Add black pepper and Coriander leaves for garnish.

Now the Egg Kheema Masala is ready to serve!!!
