DELICIOUS CHICKEN BIRYANI!!!

TODAYS DISH EVERYONE'S FAVOURITE CHICKEN BIRYANI !!!



Step 1:


Ingredients for masala powder:

Cinnamon small piece
Cloves - 5 nos
Bay leaf - 1 nos
Star anise - 1 nos
Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cashew - 10 nos
Cardamon - 2 nos
Poppy seeds - 1/4 tsp

Preparation:

Grind the above ingredients and make it as powder now Biryani masala is done.

Step 2:

Ingredients for spicy paste:

Ginger - small piece
Garlic -  5 nos
Green chilli - 5 nos

Grind the above ingredients with necessary water and make it as paste.

Step 3:

Ingredients

Oil - 3 tbsp 
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Onion - 3 nos 
Curd - 1 cup
Mint leaves handful
Coriander leaves handful
Chicken - 500 gms
Lemon half sliced
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Basmati rice - 500 gms
Salt as required

Preparation

Note: Wash the basmati rice and soak for ten minutes, Clean the chicken couple of times by adding a pinch of turmeric powder.

1. Heat oil and ghee in a pan , add onions and saute well until it gets golden brown.

2: Add Spicy paste, Biryani masala, Chicken,  Chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt as required saute for five minutes.

3. Add Curd, Lemon, handful of Mint and Coriander leaves mix it well.

4: Add one and half cup of water for one cup of rice then close the pan with lid for ten minutes in medium flame.

5: Open the lid mix it well for binding masala and add one spoonful of ghee and few mint leaves.

6: Heat the tawa and place the Biryani pan over it in medium flame. Close the lid and Place heavy object over the lid for sum about fifteen mins.

After fifteen mins,  your delicious chicken Biryani is ready to serve.!!!
