GARLIC CHEESE BREAD TOAST SANDWICH!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE GARLIC CHEESE BREAD TOAST SANDWICH!!! STEP1 INGREDIENTS  butter - 1 tbsp  Chopped Garlic - 1tsp Chopped coriander leaves  Chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp PREPARATION  1. Take a bowl add one tbsp of butter and one tsp of chopped garlic. 2. Then add few chopped coriander leaves and quarter tsp of chilli flakes. 3. Mix it well nicely to make a nice garlic mixture .  STEP2 INGREDIENTS  Bread - 2 slices Garlic mixture  Cheese sheet - 1 PREPARATION 1. Take the bread slice apply the garlic mixture on both sides of the bread slice. 2. Then place the cheese sheet on top of the bread slice. 3. Then cover it with another bread slice keep it aside. 4. Heat a tawa, until it hot enough and reduce the flame medium.  5. Place bread slice on tawa and toast the bread on both sides. Finally Garlic Cheese Bread Toast Sandwich is ready to serve with tomato sauce!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE VANJARAM FISH FRY!!!  STEP1 INGREDIENTS  Riceflour - 1tbsp Red Chilli Powder - 1tbsp Cumin powder - 1tsp Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Egg - 1 Lime juice - 1tbsp Oil - 2tbsp Salt as required  Vanjaram Fish - 4 pieces PREPARATION  1. Take a bowl add one tbsp of rice flour and one tbsp of red chilli powder   2. Then add one tsp of cumin powder and half tbsp of garam masala powder.  Then add quarter tsp of turmeric powder and one crack open egg. 3. Then add one tbsp of lime juice, two tbsp of oil and salt as per required. 4. Mix all the ingredients well to make a nice masala paste. 5. Then take a piece of fish and apply masala  evenly on both sides and keep it in a plate. 6. Repeat the step for all the fish pieces. 7. Then refrigerate the marinated fish for one hour. TODAY'S RECEIPE CRISPY RED SNAPPER FISH FRY!!!  STEP1 INGREDIENTS  Red Chilli Powder - 2tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1tsp Egg - 2nos Cornflour - 1 tbsp Lime juice - 1tbsp Oil - 2tbsp Salt as required  Red Snapper Fish - 500gms PREPARATION  1. Take a bowl add two tbsp of red chilli powder  and one tsp of turmeric powder. 2. Then add two crack open eggs and one tbsp of cornflour. 3. Then add one tbsp of lime juice,two tbsp of oil and salt as per required. 4. Mix all the ingredients well to make a nice masala paste. 5. Then add all the fish pieces and mix it well nicely so that masala coated evenly. 6. Then refrigerate the marinated fish for one hour. TODAY'S RECEIPE BOTTLE GOURD SWEET!!! INGREDIENTS  Bottle gourd - 1kg Ghee - 3 tbsp Milk - 250ml Sugar - 1/2cup  Milk powder - 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut - 4 tbsp Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp Green food color Dry fruits PREPARATION  1. Take the bottle gourd, peel the skin, cut into half in the middle. 2. Then cut each half into four long wedges and grate all the pieces. 3. To squeeze the grated bottle gourd and dry it, keep it aside. 4. Heat two tbsp of ghee in a pan, add the dry grated bottle gourd and cook for three minutes. 5. Then add one cup of milk and half cup of sugar to it. 6. Then mix it well so that sugar dissolves, add half cup of milk powder and four tbsp of desiccated coconut to it.  7. Then mix it well nicely and add quarter tsp of cardamom powder to it. 8. Then add a pinch of green food color and finely chopped dry fruits to the mixture. 9. TODAY'S RECEIPE SMOKY GREEN CHICKEN SKEWER!!! STEP1 INGREDIENTS  Chicken breast - 500gms PREPARATION  Take the chicken breast cut into uniform cubes without any mangling and shredding. STEP2 TO MAKE GROUND MASALA PASTE INGREDIENTS Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup Mint leaves - 1/4 cup Green chillies - 3 Lime juice - 1tbsp Salt - 1/2 tsp PREPARATION  1. To the mixer jar, add half cup of coriander leaves, quarter cup of fresh mint leaves. 2. Then add three green chilies, one tbsp of lime juice. 3. Then add half tsp of salt and grind to make a ground masala paste. STEP3 TO MAKE MARINATION  INGREDIENTS Chicken Cube Pieces Masala Paste Garlic paste - 1tsp Ginger paste - 1tsp Plain Yogurt - 1/2 cup Powered milk - 4 tbsp Brown sugar - 1/2 tsp Salt required  PREPARATION  1. TODAY'S RECEIPE CUSTARD HALWA!!!  STEP1 INGREDIENTS Custard powder - 1 cup Water -1.5 glass PREPARATION   Take a bowl, add one cup of custard powder and pour one and half glass of water mix it well without any lumps. STEP2 INGREDIENTS   Custard batter Ghee - 3 tsp Powder sugar - 1cup Dry nuts&fruits PREPARATION   1. Heat a pan, pour the custard batter and add  three tsp of ghee.  2. Keep the flame low and stir constantly until it gets thick. 3. Then add one cup of powdered sugar and mix it well for two minutes. 4. Then add dry nuts and fruits as per your wish and mix it well nicely. 5. Now pour the halwa to the oil greased bowl and add dry roasted nuts on top of it.  6. Refrigerate the bowl for twenty minutes. 7. After twenty minutes take the bowl and cut the halwa in shape as per your choice. Finally Custard Halwa is ready to serve!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE "SPICY CHILLI CHICKEN"!!! STEP 1 TO MAKE MARINATED PASTE  INGREDIENTS  Rice Flour - 3 tbsp Cornflour - 2 tbsp Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1tsp Soy sauce - 1 tbsp Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Salt required  Egg - 1 Boneless Chicken - 500gms PREPARATION  1. Take a bowl, add three tbsp of rice flour, two tbsp of cornflour. 2. Then add half tsp of black pepper powder and one tsp red chilli powder. 3. Then add one tsp of soy sauce and chilli sauce. 4. Then add half tsp of garlic paste, salt as per required and one crack open egg. 5. Mix all the ingredients well to make a batter for marination. 6. Then add the boneless chicken pieces mix nicely to coat the chicken with masala. 7. Rest the chicken for twenty minutes and keep it aside. TODAY'S RECEIPE "BABY POTATO FRY"!!! STEP 1 TO BOIL BABY POTATOES  INGREDIENTS Water - 4 cups Baby potato - 500gms PREPARATION  1. Take a long pan, pour four cups of water and boil the water. 2. Then add the baby potatoes and cook for fifteen minutes. 3. After fifteen minutes, we can see the potatoes nicely cooked. 4. Cool the potatoes and remove the skin of the potatoes and keep it aside. STEP 2 TO MAKE MASALA POWDER  INGREDIENTS  Urad Dal - 1tsp Chana Dal - 1tsp Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp Black Pepper corns - 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp  Funnel seeds - 1/2 tsp  Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp  Dry Red chilli - 10 nos Coconut grated - 1tsp PREPARATION  1. Heat the pan, add one tsp urad dal and chana dal. 2. Then add half tsp coriander seeds, black pepper corns, cumin seeds,  funnel seeds and sesame seeds.  3. Then add ten dry red chillies and one tsp grated coconut.  4. Roast all the ingredients well until it gets nice aromatic smell. 5. Cool the roasted ingredients

TODAY'S RECEIPE "CRISPY FISH FINGER"!!! STEP 1 INGREDIENTS  Boneless Fish Fillets - 400gms Lemon juice - 1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tbsp Garlic - 4 nos Salt required  Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Dried basil - 1/2 tsp PREPARATION 1. Cut the fish fillets to a finger size strips.  2. Then add one tbsp of lemon juice and one tbsp of ginger garlic paste. 3. Then add finely chopped garlic, salt as per required, and half tsp pepper powder. 4. Then add half tsp of dried basil and mix it well. 5. Rest the marinated fish strips for twenty minutes. STEP 2 INGREDIENTS Rice flour - 4 tbsp Cornflour - 2 tbsp Egg - 2 nos Panko Bread crumbs  Oil for deep frying  PREPARATION  1. TODAY'S RECEIPE CHICKEN LOLLIPOP!!! STEP 1 INGREDIENTS   Soy sauce - 1tsp  Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp  Black pepper powder - 1tsp Red chilli powder - 1tsp Salt required  Egg - 1 Chicken lillipop - 12pieces Maida - 4 tbsp Cornflour - 2 tbsp PREPARATION   1. Take a bowl, add one tsp soy sauce and one tbsp of ginger garlic paste. 2. Then add one tsp of black pepper powder and one  tsp of red chilli powder. 3. Then add salt as per required, one crack open egg and mix it well. 4. Then add chicken lollipop pieces, four tbsp of maida, two tbsp of cornflour and mix it nicely so that it evenly coated with masala. Note: Add one tbsp of water if it is required for masala  5. TODAY'S RECEIPE "CRISPY RAVA DOSA"!!! STEP 1 INGREDIENTS  Rava - 1/2 Cup  Rice flour - 1/2 Cup  Maida - 1/4 Cup  Curd - 1tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Water - 2.5 cup PREPARATION  1. Take a bowl add half cup rava, half cup rice flour and quarter cup maida. 2. Add one tbsp of curd, one tsp salt, two and half cups of water and whisk and mix it well without any lumbs. STEP 2 INGREDIENTS Green Chilli -1 Ginger - 1 inch Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin powder - 1tsp Curry leaves  Coriander leaves  Onion - 1 Water - 1.5 cups PREPARATION  1. Add finely chopped green chilli, one inch grated ginger and half tsp pepper powder. 2. Add one tsp of cumin powder, few curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped onion, mix and combine it well. 3. Add one and half cups of water mix nicely to watery consistency. 4. TODAY'S RECEIPE "CRISPY BREAD SAMOSA"!!! STEP 1 INGREDIENTS  Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp  Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp  Cumin seeds - 1 tsp  PREPARATION 1. Use the mortar and pestle. 2. add one tbsp of coriander seeds, one tbsp of fennel seeds and one tsp of cumin seeds, coarsely grind the spices.  STEP 2 INGREDIENTS  Potatoes - 3 nos Green Peas - 1/4 Cup  PREPARATION 1. Add potatoes and quarter cup green peas to a large pan then pour over enough water to cover it.  2. Bring water to a boil over high flame then reduce the heat to medium flame. 3. Cook the potatoes and peas for ten minutes. 4. After 10 minutes, cool the potatoes then peel the skin and cut it into medium size. BREAD PIZZA!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE BREAD PIZZA!!! INGREDIENTS   Egg - 2nos Brown Sugar - 1 tsp Pinch of salt  Bread - 2 nos Banana - 1 Oil PREPARATION 1. Take a bowl and crack open two eggs beat it well.  2. Add one tsp of brown sugar and pinch of salt to it and beat nicely until it mix well. 3.  keep the mixer aside.  4. Roast the bread on both side and cool it for sometime. 5. Grind the bread to make bread crumbs. 6. Add the bread crumbs to the egg mixer and nicely mix it well, to make it as nice mixer. 7. Heat it until hot enough, pour a bowl of mixer on the center of the tawa, spread it evenly in a circular shape. 8. Add sliced banana on top of it and cook for 2 minutes. 9.Then flip it another side and cook for two minutes, we can see, it comes nice and soft.  Now Bread Pizza is ready to serve!!!
