CRISPY FISH FINGER!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE "CRISPY FISH FINGER"!!!

STEP 1

INGREDIENTS 

Boneless Fish Fillets - 400gms
Lemon juice - 1tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tbsp
Garlic - 4 nos
Salt required 
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Dried basil - 1/2 tsp

PREPARATION

1. Cut the fish fillets to a finger size strips. 

2. Then add one tbsp of lemon juice and one tbsp of ginger garlic paste.

3. Then add finely chopped garlic, salt as per required, and half tsp pepper powder.

4. Then add half tsp of dried basil and mix it well.

5. Rest the marinated fish strips for twenty minutes.

STEP 2

INGREDIENTS

Rice flour - 4 tbsp
Cornflour - 2 tbsp
Egg - 2 nos
Panko Bread crumbs 
Oil for deep frying 

PREPARATION 

1. Take a bowl, add four tbsp of rice flour, two tbsp of cornflour and combine the flour.

2. Then take another bowl, crack open two eggs and beat the egg nicely.

3. Then take another bowl of panko bread crumbs.

4. Coat the marinated fish with flour mixture then dip into a beaten egg.

5. Then coat well with panko bread crumbs and keep it aside for two to three minutes.

6. Repeat the process for all marinated fish strips.

7. Heat the pan of oil for deep frying until it gets hot enough.

8. Drop the fish strip one by one and cook for three minutes until it gets golden and crispy.

9. Fish finger is cooked nicely, we can see the bubbles begin to cease.

10. Then drain them on a oil absorbing sheet.

Finally Crispy Fish Finger is ready to serve with Mayonnaise!!!
