CRISPY RAVA DOSA!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE "CRISPY RAVA DOSA"!!!

STEP 1

INGREDIENTS 

Rava - 1/2 Cup 
Rice flour - 1/2 Cup 
Maida - 1/4 Cup 
Curd - 1tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 2.5 cup

PREPARATION 

1. Take a bowl add half cup rava, half cup rice flour and quarter cup maida.

2. Add one tbsp of curd, one tsp salt, two and half cups of water and whisk and mix it well without any lumbs.

STEP 2

INGREDIENTS

Green Chilli -1
Ginger - 1 inch
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Curry leaves 
Coriander leaves 
Onion - 1
Water - 1.5 cups

PREPARATION 

1. Add finely chopped green chilli, one inch grated ginger and half tsp pepper powder.

2. Add one tsp of cumin powder, few curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped onion, mix and combine it well.

3. Add one and half cups of water mix nicely to watery consistency.

4. Soak the batter for twenty minutes to get perfect consistency. 

5. Now rava dosa batter is ready.

STEP 3

INGREDIENTS

Rava Dosa Batter
Oil - 1tsp

PREPARATION 

1. Heat the tawa until hot enough, pour a ladleful of rava dosa batter on the center of the tawa, spread it evenly in a circular shape.

2. Pour little oil in the sides of a dosa and roast it in medium flame until it becomes golden and crispy.

Finally Crispy Rava Dosa is ready to serve with Coconut chutney!!!
