RED SNAPPER FISH FRY!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE CRISPY RED SNAPPER FISH FRY!!! 

STEP1

INGREDIENTS 

Red Chilli Powder - 2tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1tsp
Egg - 2nos
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
Lime juice - 1tbsp
Oil - 2tbsp
Salt as required 
Red Snapper Fish - 500gms

PREPARATION 

1. Take a bowl add two tbsp of red chilli powder  and one tsp of turmeric powder.

2. Then add two crack open eggs and one tbsp of cornflour.

3. Then add one tbsp of lime juice,two tbsp of oil and salt as per required.

4. Mix all the ingredients well to make a nice masala paste.

5. Then add all the fish pieces and mix it well nicely so that masala coated evenly.

6. Then refrigerate the marinated fish for one hour.

STEP2

INGREDIENTS

Oil for Deep Fry
Marinated Fish

PREPARATION 

1. Heat a pan of oil for deep frying until it hot enough.

2. Keep the flame medium and drop the marinated fish pieces one by one and cook it for three minutes.

3. Then turn over otherside and cook it for three minutes.

4. Then drain the fish pieces in a oil absorbing sheet.

Finally Crispy Red Snapper Fish is ready to serve.
