HOMEMADE SMOKY GREEN CHICKEN SKEWER!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE SMOKY GREEN CHICKEN SKEWER!!!

STEP1

INGREDIENTS 

Chicken breast - 500gms

PREPARATION 

Take the chicken breast cut into uniform cubes without any mangling and shredding.

STEP2

TO MAKE GROUND MASALA PASTE

INGREDIENTS

Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
Green chillies - 3
Lime juice - 1tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp

PREPARATION 

1. To the mixer jar, add half cup of coriander leaves, quarter cup of fresh mint leaves.

2. Then add three green chilies, one tbsp of lime juice.

3. Then add half tsp of salt and grind to make a ground masala paste.

STEP3

TO MAKE MARINATION 

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Cube Pieces
Masala Paste
Garlic paste - 1tsp
Ginger paste - 1tsp
Plain Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Powered milk - 4 tbsp
Brown sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt required 

PREPARATION 

1. Take a bowl, add the chicken cube pieces and ground masala paste.

2. Then add one tsp of garlic, one tsp of ginger and mix it well nicely.

3. Then add half cup plain yogurt, four tbsp of powdered milk.

4. Then add half tsp of brown sugar, salt as per required and mix it well so that masala will evenly coated with chicken.

5. Rest the marination for half an hour. 

STEP4

INGREDIENTS 

Oil - 1tbsp
Wooden skewer stick - 7 nos
Oil for frying 

PREPARATION 

1. Take the marinated bowl, add one tbsp of oil and mix it well nicely.

2. Take the wooden skewer stick and wash the sticks nicely.

3. Thread chicken one by one into wooden skewer sticks.

4. Heat the tawa, pour one tbsp of oil and keep the flame on low. 

5. Then place the skewer one by one and cook for five minutes.

5. Then flip the skewer otherside and cook for five minutes.

STEP5

TO MAKE SMOKY FLAVOUR 

INGREDIENTS 

Ghee - 1 tbsp

PREPARATION 

1. Place all the chicken skewers and a small cup into the pan

2. Take a piece of charcoal, place it on your gas burner and heat it. 

3. Rotate the charcoal using metal tongs to make red hot. 

4. Drop the red hot charcoal into small bowl, already placed into the pan. 

5. Then pour one tbsp of ghee and close the pan with a lid for two to three minutes.

Finally Homemade Smoky Green Chicken Skewers is ready to serve with dip!!!
