CHICKEN LOLLIPOP!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE CHICKEN LOLLIPOP!!!

STEP 1

INGREDIENTS 

Soy sauce - 1tsp 
Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp 
Black pepper powder - 1tsp
Red chilli powder - 1tsp
Salt required 
Egg - 1
Chicken lillipop - 12pieces
Maida - 4 tbsp
Cornflour - 2 tbsp

PREPARATION 

1. Take a bowl, add one tsp soy sauce and one tbsp of ginger garlic paste.

2. Then add one tsp of black pepper powder and one  tsp of red chilli powder.

3. Then add salt as per required, one crack open egg and mix it well.

4. Then add chicken lollipop pieces, four tbsp of maida, two tbsp of cornflour and mix it nicely so that it evenly coated with masala.

Note: Add one tbsp of water if it is required for masala 

5. Rest the marinated chicken lollipop pieces for thirty minutes.

STEP 2

INGREDIENTS

Oil for deep frying 
Marinated chicken lollipop 

PREPARATION

1. Heat a pan of oil for deep frying until it hot enough.

2. Keep the flame medium and drop the marinated pieces one by one and cook it for seven minutes.

3. Chicken is cooked we can see the bubbles begin to cease.

4. Drain them on a absorbing paper and keep it aside.

STEP 3

INGREDIENTS 

Oil - 2 tsp
Onion - 1
Garlic - 4 cloves 
Ginger - 1/4 inch
Red chilli sauce - 2tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 1tbsp
Soy sauce - 1tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt required 
Water - 2 tbsp
Spring onion
Chicken lollipop fried 

PREPARATION 

1. Heat the pan, pour two tsp of oil, one finely chopped onion, four finely chopped garlic, quarter inch grated ginger and saute for a minute.

2. Then add two tbsp of red chilli sauce, one tbsp of tomato ketchup and one tsp of soy sauce.

3. Then add half tsp of black pepper powder, salt as per required, two tbsp of water and mix it well.

4. Then add few chopped spring onion and fried chicken lollipop pieces.

5. Toss it until the sauce coats the lollipop pieces.

6. Wrap the bone parts with aluminum foil.

Finally Chicken Lollipop is ready to serve garnish with some chopped coriander leaves!!!
