TODAY'S RECEIPE "BABY POTATO FRY"!!! STEP 1 TO BOIL BABY POTATOES  INGREDIENTS Water - 4 cups Baby potato - 500gms PREPARATION  1. Take a long pan, pour four cups of water and boil the water. 2. Then add the baby potatoes and cook for fifteen minutes. 3. After fifteen minutes, we can see the potatoes nicely cooked. 4. Cool the potatoes and remove the skin of the potatoes and keep it aside. STEP 2 TO MAKE MASALA POWDER  INGREDIENTS  Urad Dal - 1tsp Chana Dal - 1tsp Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp Black Pepper corns - 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp  Funnel seeds - 1/2 tsp  Sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp  Dry Red chilli - 10 nos Coconut grated - 1tsp PREPARATION  1. Heat the pan, add one tsp urad dal and chana dal. 2. Then add half tsp coriander seeds, black pepper corns, cumin seeds,  funnel seeds and sesame seeds.  3. TODAY'S RECEIPE "CRISPY FISH FINGER"!!! STEP 1 INGREDIENTS  Boneless Fish Fillets - 400gms Lemon juice - 1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tbsp Garlic - 4 nos Salt required  Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Dried basil - 1/2 tsp PREPARATION 1. Cut the fish fillets to a finger size strips.  2. Then add one tbsp of lemon juice and one tbsp of ginger garlic paste. 3. Then add finely chopped garlic, salt as per required, and half tsp pepper powder. 4. Then add half tsp of dried basil and mix it well. 5. Rest the marinated fish strips for twenty minutes. STEP 2 INGREDIENTS Rice flour - 4 tbsp Cornflour - 2 tbsp Egg - 2 nos Panko Bread crumbs  Oil for deep frying  PREPARATION  1. Take a bowl, add four tbsp of rice flour, two tbsp of cornflour and combine the flour. 2. Then take another bowl, crack open two eggs and beat the egg nicely. 3. TODAY'S RECEIPE CHICKEN LOLLIPOP!!! STEP 1 INGREDIENTS   Soy sauce - 1tsp  Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp  Black pepper powder - 1tsp Red chilli powder - 1tsp Salt required  Egg - 1 Chicken lillipop - 12pieces Maida - 4 tbsp Cornflour - 2 tbsp PREPARATION   1. Take a bowl, add one tsp soy sauce and one tbsp of ginger garlic paste. 2. Then add one tsp of black pepper powder and one  tsp of red chilli powder. 3. Then add salt as per required, one crack open egg and mix it well. 4. Then add chicken lollipop pieces, four tbsp of maida, two tbsp of cornflour and mix it nicely so that it evenly coated with masala. Note: Add one tbsp of water if it is required for masala  5. TODAY'S RECEIPE "CRISPY RAVA DOSA"!!! STEP 1 INGREDIENTS  Rava - 1/2 Cup  Rice flour - 1/2 Cup  Maida - 1/4 Cup  Curd - 1tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Water - 2.5 cup PREPARATION  1. Take a bowl add half cup rava, half cup rice flour and quarter cup maida. 2. Add one tbsp of curd, one tsp salt, two and half cups of water and whisk and mix it well without any lumbs. STEP 2 INGREDIENTS Green Chilli -1 Ginger - 1 inch Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin powder - 1tsp Curry leaves  Coriander leaves  Onion - 1 Water - 1.5 cups PREPARATION  1. Add finely chopped green chilli, one inch grated ginger and half tsp pepper powder. 2. Add one tsp of cumin powder, few curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped onion, mix and combine it well. 3. Add one and half cups of water mix nicely to watery consistency. 4. TODAY'S RECEIPE "CRISPY BREAD SAMOSA"!!! STEP 1 INGREDIENTS  Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp  Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp  Cumin seeds - 1 tsp  PREPARATION 1. Use the mortar and pestle. 2. add one tbsp of coriander seeds, one tbsp of fennel seeds and one tsp of cumin seeds, coarsely grind the spices.  STEP 2 INGREDIENTS  Potatoes - 3 nos Green Peas - 1/4 Cup  PREPARATION 1. Add potatoes and quarter cup green peas to a large pan then pour over enough water to cover it.  2. Bring water to a boil over high flame then reduce the heat to medium flame. 3. Cook the potatoes and peas for ten minutes. 4. After 10 minutes, cool the potatoes then peel the skin and cut it into medium size. BREAD PIZZA!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE BREAD PIZZA!!! INGREDIENTS   Egg - 2nos Brown Sugar - 1 tsp Pinch of salt  Bread - 2 nos Banana - 1 Oil PREPARATION 1. Take a bowl and crack open two eggs beat it well.  2. Add one tsp of brown sugar and pinch of salt to it and beat nicely until it mix well. 3.  keep the mixer aside.  4. Roast the bread on both side and cool it for sometime. 5. Grind the bread to make bread crumbs. 6. Add the bread crumbs to the egg mixer and nicely mix it well, to make it as nice mixer. 7. Heat it until hot enough, pour a bowl of mixer on the center of the tawa, spread it evenly in a circular shape. 8. Add sliced banana on top of it and cook for 2 minutes. 9.Then flip it another side and cook for two minutes, we can see, it comes nice and soft.  Now Bread Pizza is ready to serve!!!

SQUID MASALA FRY!!!

TODAY'S RECEIPE "SQUID MASALA FRY"!!! STEP1 TO MAKE MASALA PASTE  INGREDIENTS  Dry Red Chilli - 3 nos Coriander Seeds - 1/2 tsp  Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns - 1/2 tsp Garlic - 3 Cloves  Ginger - 1/4 inch Lemon juice - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Onion - 1 no Water - 2 tbsp  Salt required  PREPARATION 1. Heat the pan, add three dry red chilli, half tsp coriander seeds, half tsp cumin seeds, half tsp black peppercorns. 2. Roast the ingredients well until it gets nice aromatic smell. 3. Cool the roasted ingredients for five minutes. 4. Add the roasted ingredients to the mixer and then add ginger, garlic, lemon juice. 5. Add one chopped onion, two tbsp of water and salt required, grind all the ingredients and make fine masala paste.
